I so appreciate Ricky Lara's help today. I thought a compliance email I'd gotten from a third party was a scam, so I didn't do it. Got another email and thought maybe I'd better check! Turns out they do work with that third party for compliance issues, but Ricky ran the PCI certification for me so I'm all caught up and they were super nice about it. I love working with Quantum ePay for my small business.

We have been using Quantum ePay since October 2022, and it's been a pleasant experience from the beginning. The application process was speedy. The everyday use is very smooth, next day deposit. The support team is outstanding and always very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone who needs credit card processing.

Would highly recommend Quantum ePay to any small business owner looking for processing terminal/services. The terminals are very up-to-date and modern, along with their quick and reliable customer service that is able to modify the software based on your specific needs. This company is a SCAM! If you have a business with an EIN # they don't look at business credit they look at your personal credit. I have great business credit but it doesn't matter to them. Oh well you lost a great potential customer. Co sign this!!!!!

My office signed up for Quantum epay credit card processing 3 months ago. It was a great decision. My monthly bills went down from over $600 (with Heartland) down to $200 apx. I'm saving so much money. I love my credit card processing terminal, and the representatives are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Ricky Lara. I'm so glad I made the switch from Heartland to Quantum epay.
